Important Notice Regarding New WA Legislation
Residents of Washington State Only:
- If you did not enroll in this plan during the October 2021 special enrollment, or are newly eligible, enrolling now will NOT secure you WA Cares Act Tax exempt coverage. You may enroll to benefit from the plan, but you will not be able to apply for a tax exemption from the Washington Employment Security Department.
- If you have already enrolled in this plan, no action is required by you during this nationwide rollout. However, as a reminder, the exemption window for those who purchased qualifying coverage ends on 12/31/22. The exemption process starts HERE.
